De La Ioakim's fascination with all things musical started on the exotic island of Cyprus, blending mix-tapes of 80s pop and new wave. She then started deejaying at friends' parties and bars in Cyprus, only to find herself some years later playing in places like Mexico City, Athens, Barcelona and London.

She has a penchant for all music with heart & soul at its core. Be it acid jazz, funk, nu-disco or piano and hi-nrg house. Her blending is always eclectic and outside the box, keeping a melodic communication at the same time.

De La Ioakim was resident DJ at Nobu London and Icebar Barcelona. She has deejayed at many other venues and events, among others:
